MindlyFlow Terms of Use

1. General Provisions

These rules (hereinafter — the "Rules") govern your use of theMindlyFlow service (hereinafter — the "Service"). By usingour Service, you agree to comply with these Rules, as well as the PrivacyPolicy and Personal Data Processing Policy.

2. Terms of Use

1. Age Restrictions: Users of the Service must be 18 years of age or older. For users under 18,permission from a legal guardian is required.
2. Account Registration: You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating anaccount. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and forall actions taken using your account.
3. Token Usage: Users can purchase any number of tokens through the payment system. Tokensare used exclusively to access the Service's functionality.
4. Payment for Services: Some Service features may require payment. You agree to pay for services inaccordance with the tariffs set by the Service.
5. Refunds: Refunds are only possible before tokens are used. After tokens have beenused, refunds are not provided, except in cases established by thelegislation of the Russian Federation.

3. User Rights and Obligations

Prohibited:

1. Violate the rights of third parties;
2. Post illegal, offensive, or hateful content;
3. Engage in fraudulent activities;
4. Create, distribute, or use content that violates the law;
5. Generate political content — attempts to create political materials willresult in immediate account blocking without refund.

The user has the right to:

1. Use the Service as intended;
2. Generate content within the rules;
3. Contact support regarding the use of the Service;
4. Request deletion of their account and all related data.

Content Responsibility:

You bear full responsibility for the content you upload and generate usingthe Service.

4. Content Rights

All materials created using the Service remain the intellectual property ofMindlyFlow. Users receive the right to use these materialsonly when purchasing tokens. Any use of content without payment isprohibited.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is". MindlyFlow is notresponsible for direct or indirect losses arising from the use or inabilityto use the Service.

6. Rule Changes

MindlyFlow reserves the right to make changes to these Rules. All changeswill be published on the website, and periodic review is recommended.
